How much is postage? Postage cost is determined by individual postcode, item size and weight. Simply click on our shipping calculator in the view cart menu to determine your postage. You can do this as many times as you like before committing to purchase. You will be invoiced your total at checkout offering your postage options. Registered post is recommended but not compulsory.
How can I pay? We accept Bank deposit (details available through checkout), Cheque & Money Order (addressed and posted to Revival Horsewear) Paypal (International Only), COD & Courier by independent negotiation.
Does RHW take items on consignment? How much do you charge? Yes, we are happy to offer a consignment service. Consignment items are required to be in our care so we can evaluate and list them to our specifications accurately.
On small items we charge a small 15% fee and larger items like a saddle we charge 10%.
What does “Out of Stock” mean? This means the item has either been sent to eBay auction or has sold but is still subject to payment clearing before it is removed from sale.
Can I make an offer on an item? We consider our prices to be fair and in most situations they are firm, however, yes, you are welcome to make an offer on any item by contacting our sales department before proceeding through the checkout. Your offer will be considered and then if accepted, the item price will first be adjusted for you to then proceed through our secure shopping cart.
What does “item variant” mean? As the condition of our items can vary radically we like to list all faults if any so there are no surprises. We also welcome queries with regards to further photographs. Honesty our best policy!
What happens if the item doesn’t fit? Please chose carefully, generally speaking we don not except returns, however, if you contact us with your concerns we may be able to arrange something. This is done at management’s discretion BEFORE agreeing to purchase.
I have tack to sell, will you buy it? We welcome your emails with regards to purchasing your unwanted saddlery. We are buying all the time. As we are a registered business, please be aware when pricing your items you need to consider we also need to make a small margin on top of your price. Often selling privately will give you your best return, but we can offer a quick cash result if you are negotiable on price. Contact us for more information on requirements and procedures. What do you do with my details? REVIVAL HORSEWEAR does not and will not EVER sell your personal information. We keep it securely in our database. See our Privacy Statement for further information.
How do I join your mailing list? Can I change my mind? Simply click on become a member/join newsletter to be offered our specials and exclusive offers via our VIP e-flyers. If, you change your mind, just let us know and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.
I live in Melbourne; can I pick up my items? For security reasons we do not allow pick up from our office, however, we may be able to arrange delivery for a small fee as we often have staff on the road. Alternatively, pick up may be negotiated from a staff member’s private residence. Contact us for further information.
I’m searching for something in particular, can you help? We certainly can, if you send us an email outlining your requirements, including item specifications, price and condition required we can add you to our REQUEST BOOK and contact you should we get in anything suitable. What does the star rating mean? We rate our items on a scale of 1-5 in terms of condition. 1 star being fair/poor and 5 stars being superior/new condition. Just to help you gauge an items condition.
