We post to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
We use Australia Post for our shipping.
Couriers may be arranged by yourself in negotiation with us.
Feel free to calculate your shipping at anytime using the "shipping calculator" in the view cart pane (located at the top your page).
Here you may obtain real time postage quotes immediately as many times as you like before you move through checkout and commit to purchase. (You must put item/s in your Shopping Cart to use this function) you may then delete or proceed as you wish.
If you are unsure of postage amounts please contact us.
You will be notified once your payment has arrived and/or cleared our account with your dispatch date, we suggest you make note of this date. You can also track your item/s progress by logging back in and clicking on "tracking" at the top, you can instantly see it's progress without even speaking to us!
*IMPORTANT:
We recommend you have your parcel sent registered post so that if there are any delivery problems the item may be easily tracked.
This option box is not available at checkout.
Please be sure to include the additional $2.50 registered fee on top of your invoice and notify us if you would like your item registered.
We accept NO responsibility for Australia Post lost items or error.
Please keep in contact with us should your item not arrive within two weeks (within Australia) four weeks (International) of our postage notification email.
Returns & Refunds
Generally speaking, we do not except Returns/Refunds on items so please be sure when committing to purchases.
On some occasions pre-determined returns & refunds are accepted, however, strictly negotiated PRIOR to finalizing the sale and on an individual basis with management only.
These terms are strictly on a 10 day turn around with communication via email. We do not refund postage.
All Returns: Buyer pays return postage.
It's best to be sure, ask as many questions as you like before you commit to purchase.
